The advantage of posting pictures from the desktop on Instagram
For the first time, Instagram is offering the facility to post pictures from outside its own app. The photo-sharing app is testing how users can post from their desktop browsers. News Engadget.
A spokesperson for Instagram said, "We know that many people access Instagram from computers. To improve their experience, we're testing posting feeds from desktop browsers.”
Although initially tested through internal means, many users have already got the new feature. They are able to upload photos to Instagram from the browser.
Users can upload, edit and add multiple images from the desktop browser. And many people think that the Instagram website will be more effective through this.
